Elizabeth Gillies

Gillies started her acting career at 12 years old, as she first began participating in open castings at the locality. Her career as an actress began early when she began going to public casting events in the area. Gillies her first TV role was as a character who appeared during three segments from The Black Donnellys. She stated that her parents thought it inappropriate for her to see the series in its completeness. She played minor roles in The Clique and Harold as well as Locker 514. At the end of summer, Ariana, who would be later in Victorious with her, was cast with her as Lucy for a Goodspeed production that was Jason Robert Brown's 13 musical. In the following year it was the year that the Broadway version of 13 was out, and became the first Broadway show to feature all cast members comprised of teens.
