Tessa Tessa Amanda AmandaPointe Claire, a quiet neighborhood situated in The West Island of Montreal is located in Montreal and is home to many small companies. The people who aren't familiar with this term generally believe that it's an separate island off the coast from Montreal, but in fact this part of West Island is home to anything and everything that is found in the city of Lachine west. Many times, it is regarded as the place of birth for Amanda Brugel, but while that is true the time she spent there was brief. Brugel had a childhood in Courtice in the city of Oshawa, Ontario. She hoped to be a dancer from the start, but due to a rapid growth spurt she outgrew all of her dancing partners. According to an article by The Toronto Star, she confessed, "In heels I am six feet and one inch." When I outgrew my male companions, I stopped. Some former dancers move into acting. In Brugel's situation her encouragement came from a teacher of drama at high school. The teacher who suggested she try her hand at a character in the school's annual production. She tried out and ended up playing the main character for the role of Rita in Anne of Green Gables. The Fine Arts Talent Award at York University led her to the Theatre Program where she graduated in 2000 with a bachelor's of master of fine arts.

Melissa Suzanne McBride, born on May 23, 1965, is an American actor, and an ex-casting director. McBride is most well-known as Carol Peletier in the AMC show The Walking Dead.
