Molly grew up in Pennsylvania and began to work professionally as a teenager at Philly's Prince Music Theater. Her first professional production was The Snow Queen. The Arden Theater production of Into the Woods the actress won an award called the Barrymore Award for playing Little Red Ridinghood. The actress reprised the role in her Broadway debut at age 15 with Into the Woods on Broadway in 2002. She was also nominated for an Drama League Award. Molly appeared in the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof (2004). She graduated in 2008 and earned her B.A. from Princeton University. in Religion. Also, she appeared in the Disney film College Road Trip, playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly's career continued after the graduation ceremony with a variety of Off Broadway productions, including those was End Days by Ensemble Studio Theater. Molly also worked on television in Royal Pains as well as an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly was a part of regional productions such as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in Barrington Stage Company's production and NSH Music Theatre's production in 2008 as well as the Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank, in which she played Anne. Molly has starred in several regional productions including The Diary of Anne Frank in Westport Country Playhouse's production in 2010. She played the teenager daughter Ali.
