Michele Carey, the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr who was a physician along with Thelma Henson, the homewife, was born Michele Lee Henson on February 26th, 1942in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America. As a teen, she excelled at playing the piano. When she was just 13 she won an international contest in the Chicago Music Festival.
